World Environment Day...Food Waste!
It is World Environment Day and the theme is food waste. My fears are that we have lots of food around and it is all poison! More and more countries are banning Monsanto and its GMOs and more states are requiring food labeling of GMO's and non-GMOs! That is hopeful. Having a very restricted diet, I have come to use fresh food in season and use up what I have on hand at home. It is a good plan to follow. If you have a garden or even indoor plants and grow herbs, composting is possible. Making conscious decisions on what we choose to eat and how we cook is most important to preventing food waste.
